Followed recipe exactly using nonfat dry milk. I added the sun fried tomatoes and cheese. It not rise but a tiny bit and stuck to the pan bottom. I had to cut it in pan and use a spatula to get it out. Obviously the cheese stuck though plenty of oil was in pan. The taste is good ,it it gets gummy in the mouth. I will try again using smaller pans and NO cheese. How much should it have risen. It’s not quite 1/2 inch in height baked.
