It was amazing. Pane Bianca filling was added after 4 minutes mix. It had no GF gritty te true, but tender and delicious. I roughy pour the mixture into a 9 inch round cake pan for 1/2 batch recipe, poured some olive oil on the top as regular focaccia. It browned beautifully on the So I served it without turning upside down. I would make indentations with fingers next time. No one noticed that it was GF. It would be great as a pizza dough just spreading thinner.
