We're so glad that you enjoyed this recipe, Jamie! You sure can bake this in a smaller pan so you end up with a thicker loaf, you'll just need to extend the baking time. We might suggest using an 11" X 7" pan or 8" round cake pans. We hope this helps and happy baking!
