Hi! I tried this recipe for the first time and the result came out pretty good :) We all enjoyed each piece of this GF Focaccia. Came up with one question for the future. While I enjoyed great flavor, I kind of missed the thickness of most focaccia that I used to be able to have. Would it be ok and still have same good texture if I make this focaccia a bit thicker by increasing amount in recipe or using smaller pan? If it works that way, I’d definitely like to make it thicker next time! Thanks for this amazing GF focaccia recipe!!
