I have a friend who requires gluten free breads and brings a gluten free roll to a local restaurant to have a sandwich prepared for him that is generally prepared on a square of focaccia bread for patrons. I bake the KAF Easy Focaccia recipe and we often slice it horizontally to make a sandwich. Does the gluten free Focaccia have an equivalent rise to enable it to be sliced in that way for a sandwich? I may prepare it as a gift for my friend if it does. Thanks.
