Retirement party for the gluten intolerant celebrant: everyone loved it! Sprinkled thyme, oregano, pepper, plus fresh finely chopped rosemary on baking pan with olive oil. Finely chopped black and green Italian olives and sun-dried tomato. Before slicing the baked focaccia, sprinkled lightly with flour de lis salt. Thanks for a great recipe!
