We don't often use the food processor for bread making, but we do have a few wheat-based recipes that call for this technique, and it seems to us like it should work for this gf recipe as well. We haven't tried it ourselves, so it will be a bit of an experiment, and we can't guarantee the results -- if you do give it a try, let us know how it goes! Mollie@KAF
