We're glad to hear this article caused you to have some helpful insights about why your baking hasn't turned out as expected in the past. You may need to do a bit of research to figure out what the water content of the butter you're used to baking with is, so we can compare it to what's available in stores here. Once you gather this information, feel free to give our Baker's Hotline a call. We can come up with some strategies of how to adjust your recipes.
