I’ve really struggled to get my cracker dough thin enough and have considered running it through my pasta maker. The only thing that’s held me back is worrying it will gum up my kitchen aid pasta maker attachment with the herbs or cheese powder in some of the cracker recipes. Any advice on how to keep the pasta maker clean after cracker making?
