Hi Jerri. You can make the Vermont Cheese Crackers recipe (omitting the cheese or using a dairy-free version) and swap out the flour for our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. It's a 1:1 substitute for all-purpose flour in any non-yeasted recipe. This will be the case for any of the other cracker recipes calling for AP, so you have plenty of delicious options to choose from.
