Hi Angie, I think you'll like want to shape make the rolls as you would cinnamon rolls, or similar to these Pizza Party Buns. For rolls made with the Pane Bianco dough I would roll out a 12" X 16" rectangle and cut into 12 slices (from the long side). Baking time will likely be similar to the recipe I linked above, but check early and often the first time you bake them (I'm guessing about 20-30 minutes). You might consider brushing the buns lightly with olive oil right after baking to give them a little shine and tenderness.
