Hi Teresa! That's not something we've tried ourselves but we don't see why not! We'd recommend leaving the lid on the Dutch oven for the first 15 minutes and then taking it off. You can pop it back on later in the bake if the loaf is getting too brown. Baking this bread in a Dutch oven will make for a crustier loaf than is pictured here though, so you'll want to keep this in mind. Happy baking!
