Hi Stephanie, If you want to make this recipe with whole wheat flour, you'll need to make the dough a bit differently. We recommend replacing up to half of the total flour with whole wheat, either our Premium or white whole wheat flours. Add an additional 2 teaspoons water per cup of whole wheat flour to prevent the dough from being too dry. Freeze as directed in the blog post, and enjoy! Kye@KAF
