Hi there! It's fine to use a larger pan for smaller recipes, as long as you're okay with a wider, shorter Bundt cake that only uses the top of the pan. This, of course, works better when you've got a pan with a repetitive and abstract design (like the Bavaria Bundt Pan, for example), rather than something with a design that works best when it's filled from top to bottom, like a rose or gingerbread house.
