i would like to bake Yotam Ottolenghi's "Rosemary, olive oil and orange cake" and the recipe calls for a 9 inch/23 cm bundt pan. I'm hoping you can tell me how to translate that to the pans I have. Do I measure the diameter at the top? Thank you very much for all the helpful blogs. Best wishes to all at KAF
