Would like to find an authentic recipe for Ezekiel bread
internet recipes are confusing. Do you soak, sprout, dry and then mill into flour the beans and grains or do you take the dry grains and beans and mill them into flour? I want to use my sourdough starter for leavening and my bread machine for mixing and cooking. Any hints on how to combine traditional recipe with modern bread machine and sourdough starter would be appreciated
