I see that adding 2 teaspoons of liquid for every cup of bread flour is recommended when using it instead of AP flour. In regards to banana bread (this is the recipe I'm using: https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/banana_bread/), would removing 2 teaspoons of bread flour from every cup yield the same results as adding more liquid?
