Bought King Arthur's Bread flour by mistake.
Made cookies and Banana Bread. Both were terrible. Cookies were very heavy and Banana bread tasted like flour and was heavy. I have used these recipes for over 50 years.
HELP.! Don't want to throw out the flour. How can I substitute the bread flour for All purpose flour? What are the measurement break downs?
