I wanted to try another wheat bread loaf using the white whole flour. Since we moved from Alabama to New Orleans I have not made a decent loaf of bread, including sour dough! Weird!!!
I should be eating wheat bread for health reasons, but not the junk I have been producing!
Anyway, I willl keep trying. My main problem is not getting decent rise. Anyway , looking at you test products makes me feel bad!
