Hi Ginger! You're welcome to give it a go, it will likely create a chewier texture, and you'll have to add extra liquid. About 2 teaspoons or so for every cup of flour if the original recipes called for all-purpose flour. All of our flours are triple sifted so that's entirely up to you, but as with any recipe, we'd highly recommend measuring your ingredients by weight to ensure no extra flour winds up in the recipe which would make things heavier than necessary.
