Good morning. I liked the article a lot! I was wondering, though, if there is any ingredient you can put into All Purpose Flour to turn it into Bread Flour, like cornscarch or powdered egg whites. I have never seen bread flour (only all purpose or leavening) where I shop and now whith the quarentine... So. Is there a way?
