Due to COVID, I could only get your bread flour at the store instead of AP flour...can I substitute bread flour in recipes that aren't bread? Like cookies? Pizza dough? Etc.? I'm baking bread, so if that's the only place I can substitute it I'll do that and ration my remaining AP flour for other recipes, but would love to be able to use the bread flour in other recipes if possible. Thanks!
