Any thoughts on using bread flour to feed a sourdough starter? I got a few tablespoons sourdough starter from my local bakery but was dismayed to see their instructions called for AP flour. I was wondering if I could use bread flour to feed it? Like others, I haven't been able to find AP flour in over a month but I have bread flour! So excited to have a matured starter and I don't want to kill it. :( I also have your whole wheat flour as another option. Thank you!
