U.K. Well madam, you saved the day. We are in the middle of this virus outbreak. My wife and I are over 70. The shops are almost empty, no yeast at all but I do have some old wine yeast. It still works. It's going to be fun making bread with plain flour, self raising and bread flour. I didn't want to waste any but from your tests it's obviuosly worht a go.
