I have a sourdough recipe which calls for bread flour. My granddaughter has celiac disease. Do you make a gluten free bread flour? Can I use your all purpose baking flour which is gluten free for my sourdough bread? I have a starter which I feed weekly. With your gluten free bread flour, would I need to add baking powder and soda to make it rise or if my starter is what makes it rise? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
