We're sorry to hear that, Ann! It sounds like your dough became a bit over-proofed which is what caused it to fall, we'd recommend checking out our Over-proofed dough blog article. While we don't think it was your greased plastic wrap that caused your dough to fall, there certainly are other options for covering rising dough such as Bees' Wrap, or bowl covers.
