Is there any way to make bread flour useable for pie crust? Bread is all I have on hand and I tend to not keep AP flour in the house. I see the addition of corn starch can help for substituting bread flour for AP flour, but I doubt I could get a light flaky pastry crust out of it. Should I just hold off until I can buy AP? Should I just go ahead and buy pastry flour?
