I bought AP from a new store brand because my usual one was out (the only nearby store that carries KAF AP is always bought out when I get there lmao!) but it made a sad loaf. I tried substituting KAF bread flour. It works! I needed to adjust the liquid a little (an extra couple of tablespoons), but I got a lovely sandwich loaf. Easter ham sandwiches go on!
