Hi Roger! When using a whole wheat flour in place of all-purpose flour, you'll want to add about 2 teaspoons of extra liquid for every cup of whole wheat flour that you use. If you're using whole wheat flour in place of bread flour, it will be closer to 1 teaspoon of extra liquid for every cup of whole wheat flour. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
