You sure can, Dora! Your rolls will be slightly softer and more tender will all-purpose flour than they would be with bread flour, but they'll still turn out well. If the dough feels dry, add a few tablespoons of additional water to the dough until it feels just slightly tacky to the dough. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
