Hi Melise, we think using bread flour to make homemade tortillas would be just fine. The extra protein in bread flour will likely give your tortillas slightly more support and structure, allowing them to hold up to more delicious fillings. You can go ahead and use the same amount of bread flour in the recipe, adding a few additional teaspoons of water to the tortillas dough if it seems stiff or dry. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
