We somehow ended up with 2 bags of bread flour. I'd like to make a chocolate zucchini cake for my daughter's birthday using the bread flour. Since you say that the bread flour absorbs moisture better than the AP flour, I would think that would be a plus with the zucchini. Is there anything I could add to lighten it up a little?
Also which King Arthur flours are unbromated?
