I used the Bread Flour in place of AP flour, using an “old” Betty Crocker recipe for white bread. The recipe called for 7 to 7 1/2 cups flour. I found with the bread flour I only needed 6 cups. The bread rose beautifully and looks and tastes great. The reduction in flour may have to do with the climate or the dryness of the flour. All in all, it was a great load of bread! I’m well pleased.
