I have a bread machine a jorushie I'm sure that's not the right spelling but I am up there in age but I thought it might be fun to make my own bread again any suggestion for me I would like to knead it my self but don't think I have the strength I,ll be lucky to get the machine on the counter between you ka and my kitchen aide mixer it's been many many years don't tell me to use pre package.thank you g bulman
