That's so interesting, Peter! We've heard from other bakers who love the added strength that bread flour provides to baked goods. It speaks to the fact that once you find a product or ingredient that works for you, magic happens! We encourage those who have found they like the results with bread flour to continue using it in all their baking. Don't fix what's not broken! :) Kye@KAF
