Hi Jen! Using bread flour with your pizzas should be totally fine. If you find the dough tough or dry, drizzle in extra water until it's smooth. We have a fantastic blog article that shares all of the steps to make your own frozen pizza by par-baking the crust (baking until it's set, but not brown) and then popping it in the freezer until you're ready to enjoy it.
