Just received a new Zo and find that the bread is coming out with quite a heavy crust. I use the recipe on the machine and find this is not acceptable. By the second and third day we have to cut crusts off. Also find the dough seems to rise to one side of pan higher then the other. This did not happen in first Zo. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks.
