Hi Karen, if your recipe doesn't call for yeast and you're hoping to make it gluten-free, you can use our Measure for Measure Flour to replace the wheat flour. Yeast recipes require a little bit more love when trying to replace wheat flour, but in all other instances, Measure for Measure can be your go-to ingredient of choice.
