Stores are responsible for setting their own prices, so they may decide to make one type of flour less expensive than another based on a variety of factors. If you're unhappy with the price of bread flour at your local grocery store, remember you can always order it directly from us here. (It's sold for $4.95 for a 5 lb. bag on our website.)
