Ella Jensen July 27, 2016 at 8:05pm I use an electric stove. Do no have a proof button on it. Can someone tell me what temperature (heat) in the oven I should have to proof my bread, rolls, etc. Can I close the door on the oven with the dough in the oven to be proofed? Thanks Ella J Reply
