I bought this pan to make individual vegetable pot pies! Been a vegetarian for years, and really missed the frozen pot pies of my childhood. It works fantastically! I underbake the pies slightly, and after they cool from the oven, I just stick the whole pan in the freezer for a couple of hours, then take the frozen pies out and wrap them. About 30 minutes baking in the toaster oven and Voila!
