I also have two of the bun pans and use them for buns, rolls, muffins, cakes, and anything else that I want to "portion control." Now, I can make my favorite carrot cake, and instead of having a huge three layer cake to eat, I have 12 frozen mini cakes that are ready when I choose. I tried your banana nut bread recipe the other day in the bun pans and it was so good!
