I make muffins in this pan regularly. Here's why:
--freeze a regular batch of muffins. Forget to take them out of the freezer before breakfast, then put them in the toaster oven anyway. The result? An overly browned exterior and frozen solid interior.
--freeze hockey-puck shaped muffins from your bun pan. Take from freezer. Toast. The result? Yum! And easy to split and slather with butter or jam or your chosen deliciousness to boot.
