I have this pan and make Mr. Celiac's burger buns using your gluten-free white bread recipe. I have much better luck turning that into buns than making a decent loaf of GF bread. I also use this pan to make individual GF apple pie (your piie crust recipe using King Arthur baking MIX). I make a parchment sling about an inch wide and use two of them in each well to make it easy to remove the pies. . I freeze both of these individually so he can just pop one out when needed. Quality of this pan is superb though it would be nice if it were a little wider in diameter to hold a good size burger.
