Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Kitty. We have found that it's common in dryer months of the year to need additional water in recipes. The next time you give this recipe a try, we recommend either holding back 1/4 cup of the flour, or drizzling in additional water until the dough is a more manageable consistency. Happy baking!
