Looks like a great recipe for making pizza. However, I am somewhat confused when you mentioned that you bake the crust first before topping with veggies and other stuff. You also mentioned that you do not use pizza peel. My question to you is: How would you take the pizza out from the oven in the middle of the baking process, sprinkle all the toppings and reintroduce onto the baking stone to finish baking? Don't you think that is an unsafe and dangerous practice? Please explain in detail the actual logistics of all the steps involved in this process if you do not have a pizza peel. Thank you.
