My mother sent me this recipe a year ago, and I laughed and told her to "have fun with that" because it sounded like a pain.
Then a couple of weeks ago, I got a craving for cinnamon rolls and decided that I was going to make them. And they might as well be perfect after all of that effort, right?
The recipe came out beautifully, even though I had to substitute a couple of ingredients (AP for bread flour and rice flour for powdered milk), which I would only do if necessary.
My only complaint is that my family loved them, and they're going to beg me for cinnamon rolls whenever possible!
