Hi Barbara! We'd recommend baking the rolls and freezing them once they've fully cooled. Then when you need some cinnamon rolls, you can take out what you need, let them defrost at room temperature, and reheat them in a 300°F to 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes. The tangzhong starter used here will keep them nice and soft. Happy baking!
