Hi Paulpato. Whenever we run into this issue, we've found that lowering the temperature to 350°F helps in keeping the filling from leaking out. As well, adding a tablespoon or two of flour to the filling also helps in thickening it up a bit, so it stays put. Give that a go, and let us know if it helps a bit. Happy baking!
