Hi! I just made these for the first time, following the recipe precisely (weighed all ingredients, etc.) They were delicious but did not rise as much as I expected and weren't exactly fluffy...the dough was not exactly sticky when I kneaded it after the 20-minute rest so it was very hard to tell when it was kneaded sufficiently and I may have overdone it. For next time, should I add a bit more liquid if it's not sticky? Could overkneading have caused the problem? Thank you!!
